LOWER BITRATE TESTING

Ok, I'm testing a re-broadcast in a lower bitrate.

So, it's the exact same process as before, but instead of /NSR.mp3 at the end type /NSRlow.mp3

That's 32 for those of us without highspeed.

Won't be up all the time yet, but will eventually be a standard!

yes it works. he used me as a test subject and it works perfectly. hooray for poor people with dial up
