ALthough its not official, I herd tat Loveland might be opening on friday, just in time to beat A-basin of course, and on opening day they will be holding a little rail jam...cant wait to start the year so everyone in CO think snow

if you go check out the loveland and and a basin cams its pretty obvious that loveland is not opening friday and that a basin will win the race

its time like these i wished i didnt live in fucking washington dc, where it was 80 degrees like 3 days ago, and still would be had it not rained since then

I woudl be wrong to say it's times like these I wish I didn't live in atlanta. Everytime, every moment of everyday, I wish I didn't live in atlanta.

a-basin's looking pretty good.

ya but over the next few nights it will snow! so ya...itll be sick opening weekend...well for one or two runs

there is really no official date for either! someone told me tonight the frontrange could see a foot of snow! (colo spgs) so i mean if they got enough snow, im sure theyd pack it up and open the next day! we'll see! A-basin is saying that is what they are shooting for, and loveland usually opens the 15th so its kinda just everyones educated guess

here in aspen we are suppossed to get a foot in the next few days. that means like 2 on loveland i wanna go up

2 ft? in loveland, i wouldnt doubt it! that would be so nice! go do some early season jumps and such! its gonna snow SCIGNIFGANTLY the weather says so rails are lookin good! hey wickes you ski with walker right? that kid is totally chill, i hung with him a bit at ABASIN in may

Hey but i think you forgot to check the snowmaking cams, the basin c am doesnt give you a good view of where they are making snow

Man... my closest thing my hill has seen to snow is when i tripped up and spilt my slushie this summer when i hiked it. We won't have snow until december and probly won't open until january. Last year I could see half of my lawn around x mas time.

its like 40 in ft. collins right now and its been raining pretty hard all day so loveland should be gettibg snow.

but does anyone know if it will be possible to find some closed trail or somethin where you could build a jump or something first day at loveland, just to get away from the huge crowds, cause i remember like 5 days after copper opened some guys were building a jump on a marked off trail.
