Loveland opens before Abasin

I think it is great! They pulled the sneak-attack and came in unnoticed. I love it!

Plus, they will have much smaller lines and a longer run.as they always do early season.
 
Haha sweet poach!! Too bad Loveland will have one crappy flat bar and Abay will have like 10 features
 
FLO you forget too that you will be dealing with 1000 less people at Loveland than ABasin, makes Loveland the better choice

 
its tru. ive said it before and ill say it again: no one skis loveland. everyone just drives by it.
 
A-Basin will have 3 features at most, that will all have insanely rotted out landings. Loveland will have a much longer ski run and waaaaaaay less crowds. A-Basin has never had 10 features on an opening weekend. Early season Loveland blows A-Basin out of the water.

does loveland usually open at 8:30, or are they just changing it for opening day? cause if so i think it's lame to change from normal operating hours.
 
Don't kid yourself, as fun as it is to ski one run all day, it gets boring and you wish you could hit some rails. Have fun at Loveland! Id much rather ski rails early season than the same run over and over, whether its crowded or not.
 
I wish my mountain had snow sprayers. Oh well, I guess ill just have to live with 650" inches of natural snow. Sigh.
 
the smart play is to get so high that everything is fun, whether its bombholed rails or crowded lift lines.
 
Loveland also has rails, that was my point. both have rails, with loveland's being way less crowded and they also have a better run.
 
Oh well... nothing in Montana will be open for probably a month but some of my friends got face shots last weekend with all our snow we have.
 
Lovelan's early season rails aren't even worth hitting. Last year they had two boxes with huge lips up to them, but they were ride ons... Loveland is only good for penguin sliding.
 
yeah dont go to loveland. everybody go to summit county. loveland has no snow ever and its not fun and is always teeribly crowded. go to summit county!
 
I apologize, I haven't spent a day at Loveland early season in years. I knew their run was always a lot longer than abays, but I didn't realize they put up a few rails.
 
yeah like 3 seasons ago their early season park was sweet. but the past 2 years its been setup as bad as you could possibly set it up, like really shitty. but the run is fun as shit for jibbing around on.
 
Nah, there will just be more features. Instead of a few rails, there will be rails to bomb hole jumps right after them.
