Love full urban movies like this, we need more of them. I especially love how creative pretty much every shot was. I was coming up with a list of specific tricks I liked but it ended up being the whole movie so if you haven't seen it, go watch it!!

OP i love when you're watching a video and noting tricks/timepoints to go back to replay but then they just keep coming so you go oh, i guess i'll just wanna rewatch the whole thing..!

I believe some of the long lense shots were on a HPX, and a HMC150

Just check again one camera was definitely a HVX or HPX170 looked more like the HPX based off the size and the camera I though was a HMC150 was actually a dvx100 I just couldn’t see the yellow ring

dope that makes sense. really liked the editing and filters. the combination of the unhurried fades between certain shots/segments and whatever filters they applied in post reminded me a lot of Idea by nimbus independent, which used the same style of fades and was shot on 35mm

^reference for anyone who hasnt had the absolute pleasure. baker segment at 28:30 is godly. whole thing is godly

No definitely, you're right. My personal experience, opinion and feelings around a video I watched by myself were actually incorrect and your view of it is objectively right. It won't happen again, I am so sorry.

At the start of the new wave era when the bunch was first taking off I didn't like them at. I thought they were focusing too much on style instead of doing actual tricks, but holy shit my opinion has changed completely over the years.

These boys can do no wrong, that whole movie was just banger after banger. Loved the mellow parts without any music too
 
What a improvement from ITFMS I love ski movies not life style movies. But ski movies that still capture emotion or personality’s like this it’s just perfect
