Love Song Cover...

Alright, I was coming home today and the radio was playing softly, I wasn't really listening it always just comes on and anyway, I recognize a song, so I turn it up and some fucking band is covering one of my all-time favorite songs, Love Song by The Cure. Now even if this song is decent which it may be, Love Song is one of those songs that should just never be covered. So mainly I wanted to vent about that, and inform anyone who has heard the cover that the original is by The Cure, and is much better. The end.

no that is a really good cover, theres alot other covers out there that are really bad i think that 311 did a better love song than the cure did but thats just my opinion.

 
The song is not bad, but I usually like when covers are way different than the original, and all 311 did was put in a reggae wah-wah, so it's not that much different.

Also I saw the video for the first time and it is the cheesiest thing I have ever seen, they are such tools it is unbelievable.

 
I heard a cover of Darling Nikki the other day...there is a reason Prince doesn't allow other's to cover his music...because he is a musical god and noone will match his talent on his music...I'd like to find the name of that band so I could notify NPG...law breaking bastards
