Love at first sight.

A guy I know was talking to me about it today. He was saying how he just met this girl, and was already in love with her.

I think it's a load of bullshit, I'm just looking for some opinions on it to see what the rest of the community thinks.

 
Well it's bullshit if you just looked at someone and said it but if you actually interacted with them I can understand it
 
I welcome argument if it's coherent and there's reason behind it so by all means go for it.

I mean if you start interacting with someone and you sense an immediate connection you can make the leap to being in love

Also I can't because I don't know the girl, and I only know the guys first name.
 
When was the last time he got laid? And girls do this shit all the time as I'm aware, another reason why they're crazy.

 
there is no love at first sight. it's "holy fuck you're hot and i want to bang you" at first sight, and you grow into loving them because everything else you make work because they're so fucking hot and you want to bang them.
 
No. Actually men fall in love faster than women. I remember reading that somewhere, but if you want a source, find it yourself.
 
I know I certainly do not love any of OP's threads on first site. They never grow on me either

but lust is different for everyone. you might have some dude see a girl and want to bang her. one guy might see a girl's big bright beautiful smile and sweet personality and envision himself marrying her in an overwhelming tidal wave of emotion.... that left me..... completely helpless.... wishing i could be with her forever only to find out she was already...... (sniff)... dating somebody. and..... just walk out of my life forever oh god i can't even continue.....
