I am sitting here, trying to "study" and on the other side of the room, I hear a full conversation at around 1000DB from a south african girl talking way too loud about Ice tea and tumblr stuff and how she "loves vodka" and they're eating salad and have those weird green coats/parks hipster shit girls wear. My god, I can't believe I didn't bring my headphones todayAGH

I am about to lose my shit, her voice is piercing like a cat screaming into a blender with a high pitched microphone

So, you're not actually studying, yet you're offended by someone else not studying either? Are you in a library or other place where people are expected to be quiet? If not, stop fucking complaining.
 
I know the struggle man. It's always the FOBs that extremely loud in libraries and study rooms. I have 2fob roommates and they talk on their phones at 3am in mandarin all of the time.
 
Why did you put "study" in quotes? Are you not actually trying to study? If so, why are you so upset that people are being loud around you trying to get nothing done. Who cares?
 
Just be glad thats not coupled with pda. I spent an entire 8:30 am class beside a couple who were loudly chatting/unwrapping their breakfast/cuddling/making out (in the lecture hall) and didn't take a single note. I don't understand why they didn't just stay at home and have sex like a normal couple.
 
Walk by her and let out the loudest fart your asshole can conjure. If she says anything, act like nothing happened and keep walking.
