GETBOARDS.COM has lost my shipment and it has been the most frustrating time. I ordered a pair of salomon lab skis (candides) tuesday and they were supposed to arrive today, nothing came and getboards nor fedex knows where the package is. Fedex is claming that getboards never sent the package and getboards swears that it went out tuesday. AAHHHHH!!! I WANT MY SKIS!!!

yeah but if left to their own devices, getboards will lose you in the shuffle. you gotta try to do something, and do it quickly, or else you out $X, and im guessin you have the $ to fork over again. plus i think fedex has a better standing and actually know what theyre doing, getboards has gotten pretty shady of late

I COULD HAVE DROVE TO CALIFORNIA FROM OHIO AND PICKED MY SKIS UP FASTER THAN THEY HAVE SHIPPED THEM, BUT OH WAIT, THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE MY FUCKING SKIS ARE. DO NOT USE GETNOSERVICE.COM. IT IS WWWWAAAAYYYYY TO MUCH HASSLE WITH THEM. PEACE.

 
yeh dude, getboards are a buncha asshats who fuck stuff up a lot.. they fucked my shit up when i ordered a year or so ago.. and since then i just said fuck em and no longer order from em..

why don't you just void your credit card transaction. then they will care about your order!

i finally got the skis in the mail today. it only took 2 fucking weeks. the 3 day air is a great offer. I'll never use GetNoService.com again. My advice, go to a local shop or use something else besides the other guys.

 
^ you should have cancelled the credit card order (rejected the charges) when you were so pissed but knew they were in route. Then your phone would ring and you could give them the same treatment. You can't now that you signed for em. Only do this is the shop is fucking you.

Pre ordering brand new shit sucks, wait until it has been out for a year so they get all bugs out. (siver)

yeah, they always fuck up the new stuff, but if you wait till the spring theyare so anxious to get everything out that they'll send you stuff.

I ordered a pari of skis last year i think (I forget what skis I ordered) but they didn't have the in stock and the guy called me and was like, 'yeah I don't know when we'll get them in and so I'll just send you the scratches for about $50 off so that they're the same price' and I was like, 'hell yeah!' and a few days later they came...

I guess now is a really busy time for them too, so I don't know if I'd trust them with stuff other than clothing that isn't preorder
