I found this site with a big list of some of the closed ski mountains. Yah it looks pretty sick. it would be cool to go to a closed mountain after it snows a bunch a hit up the pow or build a booter or something

lmao. i wana go to the closed ski area 10 miles south of Kabul, whos keen for a roadie.

Plus I hear afghani powder is awesome.

Oh and im sure the snow is good too.

Jeremy Davis has been running NELSAP forever, great guy. Spent some time in the research station on top of Mount Washington for a few weeks when he was in college. I think he's around Saratoga Springs NY now.

I highly suggest everyone check out NELSAP.

yea, we did that here in wiscompton, this place called majestic mountain had the lodge burn down like 20 years ago, and we hiked it and it was pretty sick

its fucking sweet to see all these closed ski resorts just left alone in the middle of nowheres. Colorado has by far the most interesting ones. Entire hotels, lifts, restaurants just abandoned that are down roads nearly impassable by cars nemore. Talk about a snowmobile ski trip with some history attacted. I think id spend just as much time urban exploring.
