Lost Ski at Meadows

So yeah, I lost my brand new 9 Firstbloods today at Meadows, after taking a fall on Bowl 2. I'm pretty bummed about it, and had to ski down the mountain with one ski and angry thoughts. I hope hoping that if anyone find it, they could let me know. I really need the ski back, as its one of 2 working pairs I have, and the other are pow skis. These are my park skis for the season. I searched through the snow for almost 2 hours with no luck, while 2 other buddies helped me. I honestly have no idea what happened.

They are 180 length 09/10 Ninthward Firstbloods with Tyrolia Peak 15s.

that really sucks man, i hope it gets found. ill keep an eye open. make sure you let Meadows know as well, hopefully a ski patrol finds it.
 
Sorry you didn't have any luck finding it, I talked with you after you made it down to the lodge. I'll be up there a few time this week and keep an eye out for it.
 
My friend and I are going to try and use a metal detector to find it Monday. I did let Meadows know, so hopefully something works.
 
Sorry to hear you never ended up finding your ski. I was one of the people looking for car keys (which were never found either) right after you fell. Hope you have better luck with the metal detector and i hope the ski out wasn't too gnarly. Good luck!
 
if you don't find it during the winter Meadows does a cleanup day in the spring when the snow melts.. there is always tons of stuff found including lots of single skis. good luck with the metal detector
 
RIGHT at the top. If you got off Express, took a left and headed up to hit Bowl 2/1, its somewhere right there, right by the fallen tree log.
I'm praying someone finds this or I gotta buy new park skis for this season. Snow just keeps falling though :(
 
i no how you feel the other week i lost my 155 el reys on 1-1/2 bowl and had to look for it forever still lost
if anyone finds it pm me
