Lost phone

So today I lost my phone walking back to my apartment from class and by the time I went back to look it was gone. So my question for NS is does anyone know of a way I can track my cell phone? I have a Galaxy s5 (so I can't use FindMyiPhone) and have Verizon. I am going to go to Verizon tomorrow to see if they can track it but I was wondering if there is an app, website, etc that helps find your phone

there's an age old app called lost and found. Sometimes people are nice and bring lost items there to be found by the loser of the item. And sometimes people are pricks and steal things with the intention of never returning the item.

I've attempted lost and found at the school and university police.....so I am resorting to see if I can track my phone as well as check lost and found tomorrow

Call it with a friends phone and see if someone picks up

Get a friends phone who has android and download the text spammer if you suspect someones trying to steal the phone. Have them spam the phone with like 3000 texts to return it, it probably wont work but it'll be hilarious and the best thing you got going for you
