What kind of terrain is it? is it super hard skiing? What kind of hike out is it? is the fish bowl better and if so please answer the questions above about the fish bowl.

Thanks

Depending where you go but for the most part lost boys is tree skiing with a pretty mellow hike out. Fish can be sketch depending on snow. Talk to a ski patrol there they will tell you whats up.

I think that if you are asking those types of questions you should consider not even going there. Just because you are close to the resort doesn't mean it is safe. you should be taking the same precautions you would if you were in the back country.

Just ski the hill man. and if you wanna hike, hike up above the bear chair and ski that. Plus the freeski comp is going on up on the headwall this weekend and it will be a good show.

lost boys is usually pretty safe, tree skiing and not to steep, but that doesn't mean snow cant still slid. Definitely talk to patrol and see whats up, but lost boys is pretty chill. Fish can be pretty avalanche prone at times. Be safe man. And Fernie has some awesome inbounds terrain so check that out before going out. Stick to the ridges and its steep enough and you could hike the chutes off of white pass if you wanna feel cool. Easy hike, chill terrain and its avalanche controlled( short ski though). Also of the top of timber if you hike up to your left you can drop down into falling star and its usually fun.
