Lose weight

one of the few guys who actually knows what hes talking about. To the guy who said drink a cup of coffee and work out, terrible idea. To the guy who said the thing about metafast or whatnot and losing 11 pounds in a week, there is terribly unhealthy. There is no shortcut to losing weight the right way. I can guarentee you ANY crash diet you will gain back nearly all the weight within weeks. Here is my advice: Run at least 4 times a week, I don't know what shape you are in but try to get up ot like 4 miles or so. Eat healthy like the quoted post i have. Do not lift weights, its a waste of time, do body weight exercises, abs, push ups, wall sits, etc. These are MUCH better than lifting if you want to lose weight. If you aren't dedicated, you can take any of the designer diet shits and do damage to your body and/or waste your money and have the weight come right back
 
If your only a few Kilos overweight then there is no need to worry. have a healthy breakfast like a banana as well as yogurt mixed with cereal. You don't want to be eating lots of eggs, bacon, and thing along those lines. Do excercises every morning and before you go to bed. Sit-ups/back-ups/pushups. Drink lots of water before/during/and after your workout. Water is the key element. Thos miracle diets don't work, because it jsut flush's fluids out of your system. However, it is a good detox. I hope some of this infor can help you, in shedding a few kilos.
 
whenever i see myself gaining weight or being a bit chubby i run 5 times a week and im back to normal within a month. when i run its usually only like almost 600-700 metres, i dont really jog, its more almost sprinting.
 
The easiest way to lose weight is to just start running daily. It is a really fast way to lose weight. And don't stop eating, just eat healthier. If you stop your metabolism will slow down which will just make it even harder to lose weight.
 
You have to remember my friend...the faster you lose weight...the faster you can gain it back. its the long term weight you want to lose just not all water. I do jui jitsu and i have to cut weight in saunas for tournaments and i feel like shit after its not the greatest way.
 
Run a lot and bike a lot. In one year my brother changed from being a fat little kid to a little kid after doing that. Also dont eat that much.
 
work out, then eat a big breakfast and a small dinner, most weight gain is at night because if you eat a big dinner then sleep you aren't burning any calories when you sleep, while with a big breakfast you move and exercise to burn it off
