what is the easiest way to lose weight quickly?

i'm not fat but i have a little extra weight that i want off.
 
hahah honestly i lost alot by just not eating. say what chu want, i had enought to survive, but lacked some to lose a few pounds. now i wana gain weight, and its alot harder

I'm 120 lbs, and I eat junk food, no breakfast, lunch, snacks, a big dinner, then more snacks. I work out from time-to-time, but I'm still a scrawny bastard.
 
Not eating is what i'm planning to do for the next 2 weeks. Cause i'm going to barcalona then hawaii.

Think it can be done?

I'm not fat, just not thin if you know what i mean.
 
that was awesome

eat a good breakfast, have a light lunch, and drink water all day. get some cardio in where you can and just eliminate a couple hundred calories a day which is really easy if you think about it. that is a healthy slow way to lose a little extra fat i think
 
dont eat snacks...and if your not hungry durring brekfast lunch or dinner then dont eat...o and eat slow so then u get full faster
 
wrong! you need to eat SOMETHING for breakfast (especially) and lunch and dinner. If you don't, your metabolism will slow way down and you'll burn fat slower.

Just eat healthy and run more.
 
Yeah eating smaller meals periodically over the day increases metabolism, plus, you need energy to workout in the morning

i was in the same situation except i was 5 '11 and 130 and right now im 160. all you gotta do is drink a lot of milk and eat cookies. protein bars also are good. and go to a chinese buffet once in a while and pig out
 
gaining weight is hard!??! just eat junk food and shit.. this is me and im not that fat but i like food.. alot and i acnt stop someone pm with help

i know its a "bodybuilding site" but frankly they know their shit about how to gain muscle or lose fat. following a strict diet and exercise routine will really help. i've gained a total of 13lbs in about 16 weeks, and i figure about 7lbs of it has been straight up muscle (thats alot, seeing as you can only gain about .25-.5lbs of muscle per week in PERFECT conditions) that much to gain has really dramatically changed my physique and when i have to cut to lsoe the fat it'll be easy

it's a diet for like seriously overweight people to lose a ton of weight

but i did it and lost 11 pounds in the first week
 
Eat a big breakfast, and don't touch another crumb of food till dinnertime. If you must eat during the day, eat celery, takes more energy to digest than you get out of it, Anti-food haha.
 
i eat 4 eggs whites and a fruit for breakfast. Two snacks that are 1/2 baked potato and 4oz of chicken each. Lunch and dinner are both 4 oz of chicken, a cup of brown rice or rice noodles and one to two cups of vegtables. Tuna can replace the chicken but if your gunna replace with steak or pork i can only have 3 oz. I do cardio 4 times a week and after 2 weeks ive lost 8 pounds. Another week and ill be fucking lean.
