Looting and assault charge.

So I was living in Christchurch, NZ when there was that big earthquake and heaps of shit got fucked up. Anyway, because of the earhtquake I lost power, water and all that shit so me and brother fucked off to a mates place in the country for a few days to get away from all that shit. Because of the earthquake there has been heaps of looting and robberies, so we went back to mine and got in quite late and when we got home there was a van in my driveway and a buch of cunts looting my house! So we gave them a bit of a beating and called the cops.

The cops came, they were real nice, arrested them and gave them a bit a of a roughing up aswell and took them back to the cells. So, that was all good and that and didn't here much about it for ages but after they got charged three days ago the shitheads are now trying to lay assualt charges on me and my brother, just to piss us off and waste time and money. Now the cops told us not to worry and nothing will stick but what a waste of fucking police resources for some shit head teens to do in a fucking national state of emergency when every resource is already stretched to its absolute limits. Some people just fuck me off.

(excuse any bad grammar, spelling and punctuation. I wrote this in a rage)

/rant.

they attacked you, and then kept attacking you after you kept beating their face in. once they are convicted of their crimes get their photos and go on an all out smear campaign to alert the public to these public nuisances. im talking photos on street signs, bulletin boards etc.

place an add in a couple newspapers etc.

Any court that upholds the charge against you should be burned down.

It pisses me off the shit you can sue for and charge people for these days. I could rob your house while you were on vacation, fall down the stairs and sue you for millions. People need to start beating the shit out of stupid judges.

By the way, nice job on fucking them up and hopefully the robbery charge sticks and the assault charges you guys got don't. good luck

if the cops are on your side then you probably dont have anything to worry about but it is fucked up you have to take your time to deal with it, also if you catch someone looting your house you should be able to beat them severely in the first place

this i actually legal. thats why he said the charges wont stick. its trespassing. and you can shoot them in the fucking head and just say he was threatening your family or some shit.

he cant deny it if he is dead.

why didnt u get up on this looting business?
looks fucking easy

but actually, those ppl are fags. ive heard of ppl who step over the bodies of the previous owners and take their shit. like, how fucked do you have to be? do you need other ppls stuff that bad???
(it was an old couple... not that great of a story) :(

its true. Some guy tried breaking into this families house, fell through the skylight above their kitchen, landed on a knife, sewed, and won.

Another guy was robbing a house when the family came home. He ran away but slipped on the walk way or something and broke his arm. He also sewed and won. Thats why my dad always says if someone breaks into your house and is threatening you, shoot them in the head, because anywhere else and they live, youre getting sewed. An retired cop told him that.

What id give to be able to walk around an empty city. I wouldn't take anything other than like snacks and maybe some beer and cigs. maybe a reallly nice piece of glass if i could find a headshop. i would paint literally everything... its a dream of mine

Well, if you did that in Finland, the charges would stick and you would get more fines/jail time than the robbers.

Seriously. Any "unnecessary force" or "unlawful binding of one's self" (i.e. hold someone down if they robbed you and you catch them) and it's a large fine or at least probation for you. There was a case where two teenage girls were violently beating another girl, she almost died. A 40-year-old guy stepped in, pushed the girls aside and sawed the victim's life.

He is now on a three-year probation and had to pay a lot of money for the assaulters.

yup. no way they can press charges if theyre not breathing
but the one about the guy breaking in and the slipping and breaking his arm - it was apparently on a faulty fire escape that he was trying to escape out of and the fire escape malfunctioned and he fell and broke his arm, i wish he broke his neck
