Loosing my license over some bullshit..(i just need to vent)

driving high is illegal in just about every state, but it is really hard to prove... UNLESS YOU FUCKING ADMIT IT. for this reason, I say that ^you, as well as the OP, are dumb. (prepare for incoming triple post)
 
Cops are assholes, this just happened to me last night:

I double parked, for I shit you not, 60 seconds. I dropped something off and went back to my car and actually opened the car door about to get it, and I see sirens turn on.

The cop is down the block, this is a two way street and he is on the opposite side coming towards me. Sirens fucking blaring and speaker on full volume. He starts writing me a ticket, I couldn't fucking believe it. I asked why he couldn't just let me go, I seriously just stepped in for a second, he must of even seen me do it. He told me it was a complaint from 411(NYC hotline for everything), that would be impossible, the ammount of time it would take a phone to ring is longer than the time my car was double parked. He straight up lies, at least have the fucking balls to tell me you need to fill your quota for the month.

So cops can suck my dick. $115 ticket for bullshit.
 
Let me also add, the NYPD is usually not that bad. They will not bust your balls for small shit like this, but this is just unacceptable. That's what meter maids are for(Flighty fucking vile cancerous boils of people that they are).

I really fucking hate suburban cops though. Shitheads with an over important sense of self. City cops are fine, they have real jobs and actually do good for people. Suburban cops bust high school parties, real fucking great humanitarian work.

you broke the law for being out past curfew, and then they also thought you were vandalizing. you only got in trouble for being out past curfew... thats much butter then some of the other outcomes.

and get a friend to drive you to school... get one of the idiots you were driving around with to pick you up
 
He didn't admit that he was smoking and driving. He smoked and then drove. From the sound of it, it had been around an hour till he drove after smoking. Highs last entirely different lengths.
But sounds like he was pretty "sober" by the time he got home.
Being that weed is decriminalized there, he probably would have been fined. There is a good chance that they were looking for a better punishment than just a fine and curfew seemed like a better way to do that.
My friends drive high all the time and I have never felt that I was in any sort of jeopardy (I don't smoke). I do think it is sad that it's still illegal in most places. I think driving tired or on an energy drink high is more dangerous than on a weed high.

 
they had been following him all night, he admitted to smoking, they could have hit him with a DUI if they wanted. I was not talking at all about how safe it is to drive high, I don't feel like I am in jeopardy when I do it on a regular basis, but I also don't tell cops that I was doing so. If he would have played his cards right and not said anything, he could have claimed that he was not returning home because there was a shady car tailing him, but it turned out to be a cop. And the bottom line is, I don't care if it is decriminalized or whatever, I wouldn't talk to a cop about doing it, thats just common sense.
 
then there is obviously a reason you continue to have problems, there are plenty of good cops out there, and i've not only been pulled over but had to talk to the police in a series of things, including parties and what not, and yes there are the big dick cops who go on power trips, but overall most cops are rather good guys and don't give you shit. they start giving you a hard time when the sense attitude and your tone of your voice, which you're going to say you don't ever use a tone, but i'll guarantee you do, its almost impossible not to.
