Loosing my license over some bullshit..(i just need to vent)

i live in mass.
once upon a time I was chilling with my friends when I was 17. exact date was July 18th 2009(10 days before my birthday). We were driving around a town next to mine just smoking blunts, u know how it is livin in the woods. Welllll we come across this graffiti that was sprayed on the road. it was a huge face that covered both lanes of traffic. we stopped our car and laughed for a couple minutes because of how random it was. After we got our laugh out we drove back to my friends house and twisted up another blizz. we hot boxed the car and chilled, it was about 12:30am at this time. I knew I wasnt 18 and I just got a speeding ticket recently so I let my friend henderson drive me to his house and then i would just have to drive the rest of the way(which was under a mile!) Im driving home minding my own buisness and theres a fucking cop chillen at the edge of my driveway. so im like wtf, i pull into my driveway and of course he throws on his blue lights. im at my own house so I get out and walk down the driveway where he gets out and tells me to put my hands on my head.( its about 1:20am) The cop drilled me with questions of what we were doing all night and I told him. we were smoking a little weed and just hanging out and driving around, no trouble(cop doesnt care about the weed because its decrim.) the cop was kinda chill and he just said sit tight until back up comes. 15 mins goes by and so much shit is just running through my mind of what I could have done. I couldnt think of anything. 2 more cruisers from lincoln, ma(the town over) show up along with 2 lincoln detectives in a ford fusion. the cops all get out and start drilling me with questions. I told them the truth yadada. I told them that they could search my car and they did. EVERY FUCKING PART. like ripping shit up! The cop finally tells me that he had been following me all night and he had been running my plates over 30 times in the past month being out past 12:30am so they thought i was the one doing all the graffiti in the town over of the past couple months. The detective fucking followed me and my boys all FUCKING NIGHT. we weren't doing much of anything wrong just cheifin like indians. But he was all like ya" u took a U-turn on this street and then went here and there stopped at the graffiti and laughed for a total of about 35 seconds. I was kinda shook up that a cop was following me without my knowing all night. They found absolutely nothing! so to end the night they give me a ticket for out being past 12:30 and the law is that you loose your license for 2 months. today I went through my second court hearing the judge told me i should have been arrested! so now 18 years old I dont have a license for 2 months because of stupid cops that saw a 17 year old and thought he would be spray painting stupid shit. fuck fuck fuck. now i have wasted over 3500$ on classes because my parents both have full time jobs and i cant get to school. so im fucking stuck home. skfjsa;dlfj.

that fucking sucks i hate cops like that. but if i were you i would never have let them search my car until they had a warrant
 
well the thing is..i didnt have anything in my car so i thought if i was just polite and didnt make it seem like i was hiding anything they would chill but nahhhhhh
 
that's the law for ya man, any power that cops get they want to use and abuse to get a feel of in charge. but thats really unfortunate man, in the meantime, get mad good at call of duty, its comin out soon ha
 
u lil fuckers on here need to learn.. NEVER TALK TO THE COPS. it is your right to refuse to talk if they question you, even if they say it'll be better if you talk it won't. all talking does is help give them shit to put in their reports to incriminate you.

if you wouldn't of talked "told the truth" =retared move hansel. they'd have nothing on you, cuz u said urself they found nothing... so u got fucked cuz u talked.. u earned it sorry dawg. hope u can get thorugh this quick..

never ever tell a cop that you have weed on you or smoked at all NEVER they play that off as no big deal till they throw cuffs on you for having only a g, even though its just a citation here in NY too. Ive been pulled over and cops have asked to search my car and i wont let them untill they can give me some sort of probable cause as to why they need to go threw my stuff, no one has ever had a reason and i get off free, hopefully im not jinxing self but shit sucks dude at leats it wasnt for alachole ya know then you wouldnt have your liscense till your 21 be optimistic about it
 
Right. Moral of the story? They're going to fuck you. The less they know, the less fuckin' they can do.

You admitted to a cop that you were driving stoned and all you got was a suspended license for 2 months for driving after 12 30 and you are complaining???
 
bummer. i lost my license for 6 monthes a while back for various things. the cops are trying to find me right now because i made a fake parking permit and the pigs caught me. they said they are going to charge me with theft of services or something like that. Fuck em
 
ma driving laws are bullshit. and the lincoln police. guess there weren't enough cow tippers out that night to keep em busy.
 
I am so sick and tired of people saying this like they think it makes them badass. It should be "Fuck douchebag cops".... not "Fuck the Police"... srsly, some of these guys aren't bad. It is like snowboarders, the couple that act like idiots and abuse their power give the good, level headed, normal ones a bad name.
 
No, I am not. It is just starting to get on my nerves that kids think they are cool cause they say "Fuck the Police". Even most rappers don't say that shit anymore. Who else outside of a Firefighter is going to go out of their way to help you at some point?
 
I have sympathy for you.
When I was 19 I got a fix it ticket that ended with my license being suspended a warrant out for my arrest and brought my insurance up to $318 a month for about 3 years costing me around $3500.
The PD is just out to make $$. Sad, but the real people don't get the fines, we do.

some cops arent bad like the first cop that actually pulled me over. he was mad chill. but the other ones. oh mann the things i would do
 
Yeah, the fact they are suspending your license for something that sounds like a curfew law seems fucking bizarre. Just, people always say "Fuck the Police" like it improves their E-rep or some shit. I know who gets called first though when they get beat up or have something stolen and it just seems kinda hypocritical.
 
I respectfully disagree.
In my opinion, anyone who would be attracted to that line of work is either a 5 year old who genuinely wants to be a hero, or a fucking raging douchebag with control issues/low self-esteem.
This excludes homicide detectives. I think they may have the most fascinating job on the planet. But, "cops"? Fuck 'em even if they celibate.
 
Just think about how easily you could have been fucked if he decided to give up on the graf and pull you over and catch you or whomever in your car with weed.

But still, a ticket for being out past 12.30am is pretty ridiculous. I don't know how big your town is, but most small towns have super stingy cops like that.
 
Yeah, but a hella big fine. At least over here it is.

You either pay a $1,400 fine, or go through a rehab program and have random UA's for 3 years.
 
I say "FUCK THE POLICE" because honestly I've never had a need for them and i don't konw anyone who has ever had a positve interaction with an officer. if someone fucks with me, my fam, my friends, i wanta be the one to take care of it not some piece of shit looser in hish school who thought it would be cool to have some power by becoming a cop. so again FUCK THE POLICE. they cause nothing but trouble. if I was to commend them on one thing, it would be they sometimes catch petafiles... scum of the earth.

but i'll stick with my claims. and son, i bet your just some lil bitch whos daddy is a cop and get butt hurt knowing he is a looser.
 
and like the marijuana gateway drug topic. Just because a certain minority will go also use a harder drug, that does not mean it is a "gateway drug"

And from my personal experience I have had nothing but positive contact with cops. Of course, I'm never breaking the fucking law so they have no reason to be dicks to me.

i got pulled over because my old girlfriends was kicking me int he face in my car and somoen called a domestic disturbance on us. 2 cops came. they hasseled me to search my car because she blew numbers and i wouldent let them. they told me dogs were comming but i still didint give consent. i made it away with out them searching!!! because my insurance was under my name and so was my car. i was 19.

i lost my licens for 6 months. 3 because i blew a .056 which is stillunder the leageal limit. but im not 21 so its no tollerance. bullshit. andddddd because i dint let them search they suspended me for another 3 months! 3 month suspension for using my rights? fuck that.

atleast they didnt find the 2 ounces of bud 20 e pills and 4 doses of lsd. i had to accept suspention vs. jail.

but in turn i lost my job and my diginaty not being able to drive for half a year. shit suscks espeshily in vermont where u have to drive 10 miles to the only town.
 
i will feel like a dick disputing this, because they were each very close to you. but when under the influence, you are in full control of your actions. obviously dont if your uncomfortable, but care to elaborate on their deaths? like, how exactly did they occur?

i went to a bachelor party for a cop with about 15 cops total. at first i wasnt going to drink because they all knew i was 17. i drank a 1L bottle of water and set it down empty on a table and one of the cops got up , took the bottle over to the keg, filled it to the top, then brought it back over and handed it to me and said no one of them cared if i drank. talk about a good fuckin party. we got buzzed, shot guns, then proceded to get hammered into the night, all the while learning ways to get out of tickets and getting arrested straight from these cops. and, to make it even more awesome, every single one of them was pro legalization for weed. btw, cops have the craziest stories. completely changed my perspective on the 5-0.

they did say though that if you get into trouble with an old cop, they called them "great whites", that youre pretty much fucked and they will not let you off easy.

and i hope that one day when youre working your register at 7-11 somebody holds you up with a gun and when a cop happens to be in the area and comes to your aid you can scream FUCK THE POLICE! at him, and you can "handle it on your own"

I think people are failing to realize the decriminalization thing. As long as he didn't have weed on him no cop would mess with him for weed unless they felt like doing a bunch of paperwork. It's not illegal to be high, just to have it on you.
Anyway, 10 days before his birthday... Thats just cruel. I mean, if he was drinking and driving yeah... but being out past curfew is pretty lame. That should be a warning and letting the parents know, now a license suspension.
I remember after I graduated highschool, I was basically the only one of my friends still not 18. I had a diploma and could go to college, but I couldn't be out past midnight? Really? Screw that. I was out every single night. I don't believe in curfew laws for people over 16. I think they are pointless. If you are old enough to have a job, a license, drop out of school, or go to college, you are old enough to decide you can stay out past midnight.
Funniest part, did anyone ever go to 16+ clubs? They would stay open till 2 yet curfew was midnight.... Seriously?
