Loop rail

So we have all seen the loop done on skateboards bmx skis etc. I was wondering though, has there ever been a loop rail made and has anyone greased it? If not, do you think it is possible and would you like to see it?
 
that would be fucking ridiculous, so many people would get broken off before even coming close its not even funny
 
i agree there would be carnage, but think of the progression we have seen over the last 4 years, candides cork 810 wow switch landings in pow at like 80 klicks, mabie a rail is abit far out of the picture at the moment. But what about a box???
 
word. I mean as said above the progression on rails has just been huge and I think there are some guys who could do a loop rail/box. Sure there would be some mass carnage at first but i think it is doable.
 
I dont think theyres been one in BMX or skating. They have had Full loops but no full loop rails. And if you are thinking like a horizontal loop check squaw valleys swirly rail.
 
I dont think ones been ever made or done...that would be all over the e-net and there would have been serious carnage
 
probley not, unless its a horvontly loop, then lots of people have done them. like in happy dayz.
 
horizontal loop=nothing special really. I mean I probably couldn't do one, but I am talking a full on VERTICAl loop.
 
if they made a loop box like the size of the skate loop (no wide but like everthing else) and made it like a foot wide, i bet someone would get it, but someone would probably die.
 
it would be nearly impossible because of the physics of it.

it would be less of a loop and more of a corkscrew otherwise their tails or tips would smack the other side.
 
its true... i saw the whole thing... he tried a switchup right when he was inverted after he landed it

tons of dudes would do it I am sure. Seriously so many pro skiers have like mad guts and no brains. If someone is stupid enough to jump off a 270 foot cliff and then not even die or get hurt whatsoever, I am sure somebody could easily do a loop rail.
 
yeah i think lots of pros would try it. THese days they will try anything. Think of all the talk that would happen if a skier did a loop rail. That skier would be everybodies favorite
