since loon closed and their park ws still prime, is it still open to people if they want to hike? i know there is the hike and huck later in may but my friends want to get up there possibly before if they are allowed.
yea im pretty sure as long as its still up no one is gonna say ne thing cuz there is pretty much no one there...but i donno how long it will be up for....
they dont have insurance so if you fall there and get hurt you could technically sue them. be prepared to gert kicked off if you get caught. at big white they have a cop that just goes around and checks if people are hiking
i drove to the top of my mountain today to hit the park. there was 4inches down at the base and 2 feet of snow at the park, 1000 feet up. it was insane
but you would also be on private property, making it trespassing... worst case scenario they are assholes and charge you for it, worth a shot though, most of the time you aren't going to get caught just because the minimal staff that would be there...
no it is national forest because the government owns it not a private company they only lease it for the ski season which is why they are closed because this years lease time has lapsed
ah not sure about that one, i didn't think of that, but I would still assume that someone could be a dick and nail you with a trespassing charge... i highly doubt that would happen but it definitely has happened before, so just a thought...
i dont think there is anyway they will be cool with that just because of law suites especially now that its getting warmer those rails are going to be nice and loose in the ground
