LOON: LMP jump line

is anyone else really impressed with what loon has this year??? i wish they had the size of the jumps on the website. does anyone know t how many ft the last 4 hits are???

i was up there on saturday but it wasnt much of a park day with all the snow, made it real tough to get speed. the last hit isnt so forgiving when cased...
 
yeah i was there today..

the 4 jump line at the bottom is so sick, and the 3 jump line at the top is fun too.

they need to take out those 2 small down rails and flat rail at the top and put in some more legit shit like that flat down box or trap box or something. they should also take down those 2 small jumps to the right of the DFD rail and throw some more jibs in. LMP is fucking dope for jumps, i just wish it had some more fun rails like a flat shotgun or something.
 
agreed... jump like is as good as it's ever been, but where all the rails? where's the staircase? needs a litlte work before the spring kicks in.
 
more rails and box's would be nice.... even though i can only succesfully slide the first two on the right side of the LMP.

i was trying to DFD box at the end of the park and cant seem to stay on it and just slide off the opposite side of the take off. does anyone have any tips?

how long do u think the last 4 jumps are?
 
the first 100 times I hit it I did the same thing, the key is to get more speed and land farther down on the first box, it feels weird dropping in with that much speed but you can clean it so much easier.

i've still only cleaned the full thing like 3 times.
 
its something like 2 more feet and its record breaking snow according to my art professor so moral of the story is= loon has buttfuckloads of snow= lotta spring skiing
 
april 13th is when loon is suppose to close according to an ambassoder i work with, but there is always hike and huck which is usually end of april/ first week of may
 
sean...the trap box has a peice of topsheet broken and they arnt gonna fix it this year....

the staircase they are working on...they are trying to make it so it cna be interchangable...but loon is being sicks about paying the crew who builds the stuff overtime and they havnt had time to get it done.

the downflat down at the end...if you get on the right side...you need to like slide the coping on the right for the first box...if you aim for just the coping by the time you get to the flat part you are centered and good to go.

the parks are sick this year....even the med park is rocking this year!!! great for progression of learning new tricks...and they have some fun jibs in there!! they got the a frame and the red bull!!!!
 
the whole park is open top to bottom starting today...the only thing that wasnt open was the last huge jump....but everything else was epic today...the jumps were soooo smooth!!
