Looking up a cell #?

Hey I was wondering if anybody knew how to tell who is calling you from a cell #...somebody left me a pretty messed up message and I was hoping to figure out who it was. Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot, it is Verizon, but it doesn't work...it doesn't work for my cell # either, it's kind of weird.

if you get a restricted call and u wanna find out who it is, call ur service provider and get them to tell you, if they cant for some reason then have it blocked

a few weeks ago some random lady called on of my friends. she was like "when are you comming over baby i want you to eat me out so bad i can't stand it" and weird shit like that, and we were just laughing and stared playing some daft punk in the background and she was like holy shit i dialed the wrong number. and hung up so now we call and leave messages with daft punk playing.
