Looking to get in touch with the crowd in Anchroage

What's up, I moved to anchorage a month or two ago. I'm looking to get in touch with some fellow skiers and/or kayakers in the area. I spend a great deal of my time flying and what not, but used to be all I did was ski and kayak and would like to do a fair amount of skiing this winter. Aleyska is too much for my budget, where do you guys take sleds or hike?

i wish troy were on top of things though. he hasn't called me once to do any skiing shit so far. places to go are other than alyeska for good skiing are aplenglow, turnagin pass, and hatchers pass. there are definatly more but those are the 3 main ones.
