Looking to fill a room for the rest of the school year/or 6 months

Me and a few friends are moving into a 4 bedroom house, but our 4th person won't be able to move in until the spring/summer. We are basically looking for someone who is interested in a place until the end of the school year, or someone who wants a short term lease (6 months).

It is a nice place off of Foothill Blvd at 2100 S. It has a big back yard, large rooms, garage, and a mini movie theatre with projector! We are all 21/22 year old (1 guy, 2 girls) students at the U , so a student is preferred. Rent will be $400 + utilities.

Also, it would be a 6 month lease, but I would say there is only a 50% change we would have to end it after 6 months. If it doesn't happen, you would be able to sign on for longer.
