hey guys im looking ahead to buy a ski for next season as prices right now are unbeatable.
I am looking for a versatile park ski, around 90 underfoot, that can shred the rest of the mountain well but is park orientated i guess you'd call it. I am 5' 10", 165lbs, but i can figure out the size once i have some suggestions for skis!
If at all possible id like a ski with some early rise so I can float alright in some pow, (no really deep stuff) but i still want camber underfoot as i've heard bad things about the moment rockers on jumps (otherwise those would be my obvious choice)
thanks and +k for any good input and helping me find the right ski.
feel free to ask for any info i havent mentioned that would help you guys help me!
cheers,
manuel

anthem are super good my cousin has some and they likes them for bigger jumps and rails. they dont have early rise but they are still a fun ski and he really like the butter zones for jibbing around the hill and hitting rails.

I have boone magic sticks and I really like them. I have done doubles in the park and skied 2 feet of pow. Nice and poppy.

I have been on the Dynastar 6th sense Distorter and have yet to find a park ski that ski's the entire mountain as well as this one does. Very Impressed and I have skied a lot of skis over the past two years as a buyer for a shop. Very solid feel. Check out any buyers guide from last year and they will tell you the same thing. Everyone loved it. I am buying another pair this year!

dude he is a sponsored rider so im pretty sure he doesnt need to lie on NS about what hes landed or not. you on the other hand have 260 posts and not even 1k karma...

ok just took a risk and went ahead and purchased some moment rockers in 181, they got amazing reviews everywhere so i thought id try em out, but I think if i don't like em there will be plenty of people who want them so i could trade around. moment has such a sick sale right now so i went for them, my budget was pretty tight so 300 for the rockers should definitely be a good investment, just concerned about rocker on jumps, but they are pretty long so the flat platform and regular sidecut underfoot should hold up fine on jumps. will review next season
cheers and thanks for everyones help. keep the suggestions going as I know lots of people are on the hunt for this kind of ski right now.

rockers are so sweet
I have 09/10 k2 kung fujas with marker schizos, and they are the most solid all around ski i have ever had. They are 95 underfoot, so a little on the fatter side, great if you want to ski some pow, but since they have the mini rocker, they are still poppy and great in the park. Jumps, rails, whatever, these are great skis for everything

Here we go. I don't care about karma. That's it. Sure, you make have more than me, but do I care? Not a bit. Why does claiming a double flip mean that the skis are good? People do double flips in the BC with heavy skis, and they do them in the park with light skis. The ski doesn't do the flip, you do. I never said he was lying, I was just pointing it out. Calm down.

not even 1k karma!?!1/!!?!!!!!!1!!!! 260 post count!/!11?!? you're automatically superior to him!!!!1!!
