Looking for some roommates in Park City.

Hey guys, I am moving out to PC at the end of the summer for the next year, so I am looking for some roommates. I would prefer to be as close to the resort in town as possible. If you have anything open let me know, thank you. I am looking to start renting August 1st.

If you wanna be close to the resort, you're gonna live in a condo/apt. What's your monthly budget?

Yeah, that is the plan. I am looking to spend around 500 a month including utilities. It's a tough bet, but I have found a few places on craigslist, unfortunately they all want to get filled ASAP, so it is still a bit early to look. However, if you know of anyone looking to rent out a room that would be awesome.

Are you sure some of these places aren't summer leases as well?

You could probably find a place where you could spend 500 but it's going to be a tiny 3 bedroom condo not by the resort and surrounded by mexicans. A realistic budget for pc is 600-800. But there are places that are like 1200-1500 for 3 bedrooms but they're rare and usually filled instantly.

Yeah, I found one room downtown Park City, for 450 dollars plus utilities, but that got filled instantly and that was at the beginning of the summer. Other than that, the majority of rooms I have found for around 500 are located over by the training center, or kimball junction or whatever they call it.

I am flexible on the price, I am just hoping to find a place decently close to the resort with roommates that enjoy biking, skiing, golfing, or other outdoorsy type things. Hopefully I can transfer my current resort job over to PCMR, which means I won't be making a very large sum of money to afford much more than 500 a month.

kimball junction is about like 7 minutes from the canyons, less than 15 from PCMR, and less than 20 from DV, so living there isnt a bad thing.

nothing around $500 will last long once posted, so I would suggest jumping on something once you see it, even if it means paying rent while you're not there for a month or two. I know two kids doing that now.

Still on the hunt, I've stretched my search to SLC as well, so if you or someone you know are in need of a roommate let me know.
