Hey I am working at Echo Mountain this year and me and 2 other girls are planning on renting this beautiful log cabin right next to st. mary's glacier. Its 2 bdrms, but includes a loft and a huuuuge downstairs that can fit another 2 or 3 beds. Rent is quite expensive for 3 people, as it is a beautiful home. Does anyone need a place to live over the winter?

Its up fall river road, 10 minutes from idaho springs. Its 30-40 minutes to keystone, breck, abasin, loveland, echo. The lease is 2 years, and right now im the only one staying that long, the other 2 girls will be leaving in april. What I need is someone, anyone to be able to stay as long as possible, but even 2 or 3 months would be okay. We just need help with rent. Its a sick location and as you can see its a siiiick house. It allows dogs as well, and for those of you who cant get enough of winter, its 2 seconds from st marys glacier which has snow all year long. ITs also near eclipse mountain, and new snowboard/ski terrain park specific mountain.

Anyone at all interested please let me know!!!!

when can i move in? jk i'm moving out to steamboat for a month next friday, hit me up if your ever in the steamboat/break/keystone area
 
dude, steamboat's not in the keystone/breck area, at all, it's a couple hours away. and if you knew your geography (which you dont), you'd know idaho springs isn't too far from summit county.
 
yea i no that, i cant afford to ski steamboat but its the only place i could find to stay, so im gona be driving to keystone and break once or twice a week. by steamboat/keystone/brek i was tryin to say steamboat or keystone or brek, sry for the confusion. i would much rather be in idaho springs but ive already talked to sheli about it and it wouldnt work out
 
yeah man, im still looking. I might need a roomate still for the idaho springs/evergreen/lakewood area.

i have to be outta here by Dec. 1st, so my searching is getting frantic. Theres a 2 bdrm trailer in idaho springs for 600 a month, but its right next to the highway....

thats all ive found so far, and i still need a roomate....

gah life is hard!
 
2 bedroom trailor! perfect! if you dont like where youre living, just hitch 'er up and move!
 
theres some REALLY nice condos in lake wood for $550 for 1 bdrm, but i cant afford 550, so id have to split it...but it comes with a pool and gym and hot tub and covered parking and internet and all that stuff, good price for 2 ppl, i just need to find a roomy! and its only 45 min from echo
