Looking for room to rent in PC or SLC

My lease in the valley ends in about a month and i'm desperately looking for a place to move into before my lease ends January 15th. I'm trying to move up to Park City since that's where I work, but I will stay in Salt Lake if it's close enough to i80. I'm 28 and very laid back and easy to get along with. If you got anything shoot me a message.

I'm going to be leaving the house I've been in in Sugarhood. Literally one minute to get on to I-80 from exit at 700/2700S. Rent is super cheap. My lease ends end of Jan. Rent is $375/mo.

This sounds like what i've been looking for. Can you tell me more about the place and the other roommates?
 
Yea both are skiers , pretty chill dudes , House is a duplex in sugarhouse. You would be taking over my basement suite with private bathroom.

I'm definitely interested in this. Sounds like it'd be a good fit. If i'm not working, i'm either snowboarding or skiing depending on my mood that day.
