Fellow newschoolers, im looking for park ski i have been looking for 182 halos and 179 step ups which One should i pick or any other ideas and looking for new bindings too! Im 183cm tall, weight 75 kilos, i ski 90% rails, i like buttery, loose, poppy, fun to ride skis and skis wont break in first month. I have been riding Salomon 2012 and rocker 2 92 and i hate em no pop hard to ski switch and broke both in first month...just yber weird ski

well, the step ups would cover your first three criteria and the halos for the last two... i suppose i would choose the step ups because they are more of a price point ski and if you will be beating the shit out of them on rails no point spending all the money.

you are off with both pairs or at least the step ups. step ups are stiff as balls. id go hands down straight for the ninthward b murdah. 90mm under foot, nice and buttery, and with take your full beating. if u want something skinnier i suggest the urban twin or the true twin. the true twin has rocker and the other two have camber. go to levelninesports.com and look at their line up. super cheap right now but im not sure they ship over seas. good luck

It costs more to order skis from states i can get murdahs 250euros from here and they sounds nice:) what about next year nordicas or volkl? And thanks for help:)

Nordica and Volkl both have a reputation of being stiff, poppy responsive skis. Not so much in the loose buttery front, but definitely well built.

Thalls? they are pretty buttery and actually have more flex than the halos(the halos are just rockered). and they have carbon fiber strings in the tip and tail for more pop.
