Looking for Input

What’s going on newschoolers! I’ll start this off with my name’s Cam and I’m the assistant Park Crew supervisor here at beautiful Lake Louise Ski Resort. Located just 57km/35miles west of Banff, Alberta.

A brief background on myself is I grew up in southern Ontario. As a young kid my older brother got me hooked on watching JOSS edits, Travelling Circus, 4bi9, Chug life, Stept movies...it never ends. My home mountain is Glen Eden situated just 30 minutes south of Toronto with a 268m elevation. But I was eventually dragged west in pursuit of phenomenally better skiing.

Cool, now let’s get down to it. I’m looking for some input and opinions on content ideas that people may have or be interested in for the upcoming season. For now I have an idea/goal of a regularly posting girthy edits showcasing our park and mountain riding. Additionally exhibit some events that’ll be going on throughout the season (possible live streams?). Lastly dive into a bit of the raw work we do around here and how it all comes together.

If you are interested in the sounds of that or possibly have some ideas, throw em at me. I’m all ears. Can’t wait to see everyone out there!

My idea for good promotion:

Railzilla + Live stream + counting attempts/successes + make an edit out of it.

I'll be near banff this season, I'd definitely love to try long rails, I've ridden lake louise before and the park was dope af

Lake Louise has a fantastic park. I loved how well shaped everything was when I was there. I've always been surprised how little content seems to come from there. Seeing some top2bottoms would be rad, since there is that one long af snakey park run. It would be cool to see a mix of park/big mountain riding though. I know you have some cool terrain to play with there.

Gracias! Always satisfying to hear some positive feedback! I totally agree with you on top2bottoms holy moly. Hot lapping our park is super fun eh...you can hit all 3 parks in a single run then just hop on one chair and do it all again. On my weekends I'll try to get some filming going in the alpine!

Something like progression video's? So with all the attempts cut down into a vid of someone (or you) trying a new trick would be awesome to see!

Definitely feel you on that. Maybe even a raw uncut progression line from top to bottom on either jumps/rails

GTA/Glen Eden homie here. Fuck Ontario. Also, a cool concept I saw this winter at Jackson was some smallish jib parks set up on the lower mountain where all the features were made out of trees, had a really flowy vibe. Would be dope to look into, I'd love to see more resorts set up smaller dick around hits like that.
