Looking for a place to stay in BOULDER, CO this summer?

Unfortunately I have to go home this summer to take a summer class and make money, so I am looking for a subletter. The room is in a newly constructed apartment building, minutes from campus and downtown Boulder. The room includes its own bathroom and closet. The apartment has two other roommates, a living room and a kitchen. The other two roommates are my good friends, who will also be staying there this summer. Roomie must be ok with underage consumption of alcohol and ganj. The rent can be negotiable, but total is about $850 a month. I am willing to make a deal where I can pay some of the rent each month to lower the price a few hundo. I will be out of the apartment mid May and the lease ends in August. PM if interested.

Sparknotes:

- need chill roommate

- room includes own bathroom

- price is negotiable

Talk to ali.gee

she rents out for $50 a weekend. you can probs get a good price from her.

$850 is pretty steep, but it includes utilities, its fully furnished and its one block from campus.

I was thinking the same thing. Not trying to derail your thread OP cause I don't know what Boulder's rent market is like but I was thinking that my friend pays 900 for a room and utilities in Brooklyn...

Thats it. I'm trying to snag people whose leases are ending in May/June who might want a place to stay over the summer. Someone should really take this. Im even offering to pay some of the rent. Have you ever even heard of someone doing that for a subletter? Trying to not shaft the roommates with a craigslister.

Someone take this fucking offer, his roommates are chill as fuck and he's offering to pay some of the rent. You probably aren't going to find a better deal than that.

just put it on craigslist for like $400, thats what I did in boulder last year for my room, I got like 50 emails in 1 day and just screened all the potential subletters and picked out the best one. $400 is cheap, but people start to offer you even more just to get the room
