There's a good one right down the street...oh wait Portland Oregon. Hmm. If you want to drive to Portland Maine, there's a good one down the street.

Ski. Eat. Sex. Sleep. Ski.
What else is there?

walmart has some of the latest gear right now

Hopefully I will be skiing the Big K in VT until January, and the other K in CA for the rest of the season.

sorry oregonski I ahd to break your stones, you will probably have more luck in the regional forums though

Hopefully I will be skiing the Big K in VT until January, and the other K in CA for the rest of the season.

Ski Chalet is an awesome shop on Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy. They have a ton of gear, including a pretty broad range of twintips.

There is US Outdoor Store downtown Portland. I haven't been there in a while, but they have a lot of good stuff usually.

GI Joes carries a cheaper end of stuff, but I would not count them out. Occasionally, they will have K2 and Rossi skis on a good deal.

REI has some sick stuff as well as far as gloves, goggles, jackets, pants, helmets and such go. I don't remember seeing much in the way of skis, but I could be wrong.

There is a Helly Hansen outlet a little ways away in Woodburn. There is also a Columbia outlet somewhere, but I can't think of the location right now.

The store at Mt Hood Meadows carries a ton of sick stuff. It's a bit more expensive, but there are always sales nearing the end of the season.

You missed it already, but every year around the end of October, Portland has a ski show where you can get some pretty good deals on skis and other gear.

If you have any other questions, send me a message and I'll try and answer them.

If you are looking for mountings go to Meadowlark Ski/Snowboard shop. Its in Sandy. Have-John-Maybee, I cant remember his name, but he owns the shop and has been mounting for 25years.

the Ski Chaley had a good selection of Line, but nothing else worth it. Not even boots. I would go to usoutdoor store, on Broadway, to buy gear. They have all armadas, k2 and volkl.

i get all my shit at walmart there so progressive and supporting the newschool movement
