Hey everyone. I need some help choosing my next set of skis. I'm a fairly small guy( 5'3", 110lbs). I want something that will have decent float in pow and is park worthy, but will still carve on hard pack. Basically an all mountain ski that will bel solid in the park and it the trees. So far my choices are the Rossi S1 and Armada Coda. Both in 150 cm.

If anyone can recommend something else that meets those criteria, that'd be awesome.

Cheers

Public enemy i think is the best all around ski... i am 5 ft. 3 110pounds also. I ride 165 4frnt tnk's and i rode my friends publics they are wide and can handle pow are solid and durable on rails stiff and stable on jumps and pretty light i think they are the best all around ski though not very playful/flexible but i would go with a size more in the 160's i jumped 17cm in skis and love the longer boards

hmmmm, it sounds like you haven't skied too many other skis. Public Enemys are NOT a wide ski. They are a skinny ski, they are all mountain, but they suck so hard in pow compared to a Kung Fujas. Next year's Kung Fujas are the money. I rode them at my mountain's demo day and they're so KILLER. They also have the Schizo technology. You will be able to move the binding close to the center for park, and move it back for all mounain and pow. This ski is AMAZING. I rode it in a foot of pow and it was great. The small rocker will help, but you won't know it's there when you're on a groomed run. These skis are also strong with the Schizo tech because the bindings are much harder to rip out. Just PM me if you want anymore info.

Bluehouse MR. (not just because I have a pair for sale.)

These are an awesome ski. I'd describe their flex as medium-soft. A little softer in the tips.

93mm waist helps a bit with float and the 179 length is really nimble in trees. Through bumps these things rock. Everything on the mountain is fun with these skis. I've used mine for everything from crusing around on groomers to ripping steeps to throwing down in the park. The skis are the most fun/versitile ski I've ridden.

The downside of these skis from what I've seen is the topsheet. It seems to chip really easy and is this kind of plastic sheet over what looks like fiberglass. A simple touch of your edges and the topsheet chips a bit.

Other than that, sick ski.

werd i rode them at demo day to such a killer ski the rocker is def gunna help with pow so much i didnt get a chacne to ride them in pow but they ride groomers fine i woudtn get them as an all mtn ski tho pretty slow on groomers but sick ski none the less

Snag the Volkl Bridge junior in a 148 cm if you are looking for that size range, but I think you can handle a bit larger ski. As was mentioned before, the ARV, Kung Fujas and Brigade are all excellent as well. I haven't skied the Kung Fujas, but I give the others a thumbs up for what you want.

Another good one. ^^^Don't do Anthems, for God's sake they are a park ski. Just because they are 3mm wider than my TNKs doesn't mean they are good all around.

umm i hope you guys realize none of these skis come in his size, hes looking for about a 150

but anyway bro id go with something bigger like a 160 should be fine and if it has a rocker even near 170 wont hurt, ull get used to them
