Looking for a cheap camcorder...

I am not into film, I just want to get some footage of skiing and put together some basic edits.

I need a CHEAP camcorder that...

1. Works in cold weather

2. Has digital or overwriteable film (don't want to keep having to buy film)

3. Small enough to fit in my jacket pocket comfortably

4. Doesn't take forever to turn on and record

5. Has a cheap tripod available
 
I would sell you mine but i cant right now for i need it for a school project which i need to keep doing all this year.

 
i have a flipvideo

they are relatively inexpensive, actually i got mine from woot.com for 40 bucks

decent video quality and easily fit in a jacket pocket, its digital, and does work in cold weather

turning on and recording= slide switch, hit red button

and it has the standard tripod thingy in the bottomw
