Well the classic is sandals or bare feet.

In between is sidewalk surfers or similar. I just picked up a pair of these surf slippers a couple weeks ago.

get them a size up so you can rock them with wool socks or bare feet. Also look for them on the clymb. They were there a week ago for like 60% off.

As for a full on shoe, you can't go wrong with anything from ocean minded.
 
Just make sure whatever you do you buy from a company that uses low-impact materials and preferably doesn't use sweatshops. Let's keep our oceans clean!
