do you know how many thosands of emails 'holly from Oakley' must get everyday? whats the defference between a "well written email" from you or the other 650+ emails per day in her mailbox? if you really want to stand out, give holly a call and set up a meeting with her in the office. i may be young but at least i am not dumb enough to get stuff done.
