Look PX 12 binding casing damage

Just did this this weekend to my new bindings landing a 180. This was my 6th day on the bindings.

A chunk of the plastic cover where the brakes are completely fell off, and both bindings have cracks at the same area although they're still holding on.

I skied the rest of the day and another day on them with no prbolems, so I do'nt think there's any functional damage to the bindings, but I just wanted to consult others on whether it's safe to keep skiing on these or if I should get them fixed. I got em online, so it would be a quite a hassle to get service on them.

The brakes are a little wonky when the boots aren't on, but once they're on they straighten out.

Some advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Its just the brake/brake housing. Your brakes are destroyed but your bindings are fine.

Any shop that sells look, dynastar or rossignol bindings will be able to swap new brakes. I cant quite tell from the pics bit ur brakes may be to wide for your skis, which is why you broke um landing switch. Anyway not at all difficult to fix.

Thanks for the replies. Good to know it's just the brakes. Yeah I thought the brakes might be a bit too wide too, but it was either the 100mm or the 115mm and I got 108 skis. I reckon the 100 should fit though since I got quite a bit of room with the 115's?

So I should be alright riding these for a while until I pick up new brakes yeah?

That sucks, but at least it was only the brakes. You'll be fine riding them but I would watch out if the breaks actually come off. Ski areas shouldn't let people up the lifts without brakes or leashes (I've seen people called out on it).

I had a friend that broke brakes on multiple binders from multiple companies on multiple skis. It turned out that his boots were the problem (although I'm not sure the exact explanation that was offered...it was some time ago). He got new boots and everything was better.
