Anyone know where I can find a look DIN chart. I don't think look has a web site yet. I weigh 165 lbs right now. I'm a fairly agressive rider aswell. I'm debating on buying the p10 or the p12. I'd like to buy the p10 because it's a lot cheaper. I just don't want to outgrow them in a year. Any advice?

Dude go to google and type in DIN chart, DIN charts are standard there is no LOOK DIN or SAlomon DIN charts, it a standard chart that every shop uses. Go with the 10's look bindings ar'nt like salomons they actually lock in and no prerealeses.

you def. don't need to be certified to adjust the din. it's the easiest thing in the world and generally the shop doesn't set it high enough for hard park use.

^ I agree, be sure to have a shop ASTM (calibrate) your bindings to make sure that they are functioning correctly, then if you want your DIN higher, then move up from where the shop sets them.

I have a theory that all retards have one long tendon that goes from wrist to wrist, so therefore that is why they always are screwin around with one wrist up, and the other one down.

DINs do actually change between manufacturer, but not by much. Getting your skis adjusted by a shop is good cos you know they will work, if they test them, and also you get to sue their arses off if they get it wrong. But, as soon as you touch them, and put them outside what the shop set them on, your are on your own.

In tractor pulls, a 'full pull' is the best you can get. Ahh, how sport mirrors life.

Bindings arent like waxing or sharpening your own edges... definitely NOT something you want to do yourself (taking it that you arent certified.) HOWEVER. If you are too stubborn/lazy/stupid/etc. Then never set your bindings too high, cuz thats when you WILL get hurt. Id start at a 6, and go up from there...

And They Say There's A Marajuana Problem!... There's No Problem, Everyone Has It...

you want at least a binding that goes to 14. anything less and you will be looked down on

go with the p12, itll be safer to run a 9 or 10 on those than it would be to run it on the p10

O yes, you can ski backcountry is syracuse ny
