Look Pivot 18 paint chipping

I have a pair of white 2018 Look Pivot 18s that I love dearly. I bought them used and they had some minor chips on the heel piece. Over the last month of skiing hard those chips have gotten really nasty.

Is there something I could do to stop or repair this issue because I would like to use these on another pair of skis and they’re functionally fine but I’d rather them look good. Maybe white nail polish or something like that?

I’ll try automotive paint. Also I agree chips look good but it went from chips to just like no paint left. Like it’s really bad
