LOOK p12 lifter?

i know that they make a model for park, the P12 Jib. but i can get a good deal on lifters and was wondering what the difference in the two is? i would also like to know if i would need the wide break version or the normal brake to fit a PE

check back in other posts next time before asking questions like thus, cuz its probably been asked a dozen times. Color and a plastic plate under the binding, are the only difference. Get the cheaper ones, theyre the same.

^ is a dumb ass

The P12 jib is designed to be mounted flat. Lower center of gravity means they are more stable. The P12ti or lifter has a 27mm lifter plate that is designed be mounted on the ski. For twins lifters are bad. Higher center of gravity leads to less stability, especially if you are a jibber.

^ even more of a dumbass.... get the ones wiht the lifter......and then dont mount them with the lifter on...and guess what...u have the p12 jibs...that is the only difference other than color....soo good job trying to bring someone down u asswhipe

You BOTH are dumbasses. Lifter means nothing you cunts. There is no 28mm lift on them, that is the total HEIGHT of the binding... brillaint. Look at the picture: see the 3 mm plastic pieces? They dont do shit, so leave em on.

^um, you said that the lifters are part the total height of the binding or something... anyways it made no sense and you are a complete dumbass. I am holding in my hands a Look p12 /w lifter and a jib binding. The lifter binding has a small plate called a 'lifter' underneath it that raises the total height of the binding for better carving (HOLY CRAP BATMAN!!! What are the odds of THAT?) Jib binding = no lifter plate. Do a bit of research before you say something stupid (of course, for a simple concept like lifters, you shouldn't even need to)

lets say someone (like me) who skis about 60-40 park and all mtn, what are the downpoints to gettin the lifter compared to the jib?

To answer your second question yes the lifters will fit on PE's they are 80mm, the brakes are 80 mm, perfect fit, trust me I, I have that exact setup.

yea dave (wuestinator) your screws will be too long....but if you mount them with the shorter screws then it makes abosolutley no difference.....and to the guy that called me a dumbass, i never tried to explain the use of the lifter....so nice job asshole

Brian

the screws are expensive... screw sets are hard to come buy also. good luck finding shorter screws.

considering the base plate that the pivot heel attaches to is part of the heel lifter, its kinda hard to not use it. you can take it off, but the mounting plate is no longer flat, thats why the jib has that neat little orange leveling piece on it!

I skied on p12 lifters for like 4 years...with the 'lift.'

This past season I skied on P12 jibs...it doesnt matter, but they look cool.

I tink they should fit up to about 87-89, somewhere in there.

Or else get wide brakes for $20
