look bindings

I an looking into buying new bindings for my skis, I was confused after reading product descriptions on the p12, p10, and the Jib binding, can some explain the difference, and any recomendations?

 
messed up pressed enter on accident, well I have the jibs on my armadas and think they're great I don't really know the difference between the p12 and p12 jib except the troublemkaer graphic, the p10 means it has a din 10 instead of 12.

^pretty much explains it all. the number is the highest DIN, and the jibs are just the p12s with the TM graphic on them

the p12 usually has a lifter, but you can tell the shop to take it off and use shorter screws, and they will preform just like the jibs. As for the difference between the two the jibs have a small piece of rubber called a 'stomp pad'. A dynastar/look rep that i work with said it does nothing except be a gimmick to get people to buy them.

If I could I would, but I can't. Now shut the hell up.

 
also rossignol power 120=look p12

rossignol power 110 = look p10, the only difrence between the look and rossignol bindings are that they have diffrent paint and difftent logos. for me anyway it was easyer to get the rossignols for cheaper.

 
rossignol power/axial 110 actually has din of 11, really strange but I still think it is the obvious twin of p10

If you are huge look for p14 or look race, you can crank those fuckers to hold you in. On the other hand if you are tiny = 150 or less get p10's and save 30 bucks.

Just call getboards and tell them to match d-structures price on jibs and get whatever color style lifter wide brake you want.

the p12 jib also has that little rubber pad that is mounted underneath the binding, it doesnt really do anything, but its supposed to soften impacts and stuff.

yeah i got the p12's brand new for $125....they gave me shorter screws so i dont use the lifter and its the EXACT same thing as the blue p12 jibs....but theyre a blackish color and i like that better i think

Just get some rossi pro 180's din(8-18), those things are bombproof.

The lifter isnt really a lifter guys... its more of just a better way to keep the binding to the ski. (assuming by lifter you mean the like 3mm thick piece of plastic. Id mount with em, less time, pain in the ass, and its a better way to mount em.

The lifter IS really a lifter. And how does it keep the bindings to the skis better, the only difference between the bindings is the size of screws.
