Look bindings, wtf?

I went skiing the other day and ate it and ejected out of one of my skis. I looked at my binding and it looked fucked up and I couldn't get back in. So I started to ski down 1 footed and some guy stopped me and looked at my bidning. He said "Oh, yeah this happens sometimes to look and rossi bindings, this part rotates." So he punched it a few times and it popped back in and I was off. It turns out the part of the toe piece where you put the front of your boot in was flipped upside down, it's kinda wierd, did anyone else know this happened?

ya it happens to my rossi bindings, just makes it a bit harder for your leg to get caught in the binding

that happened to me yesterday as well, i looked at it at first and was like wtf? then i pushed it back to normal and it popped back in place.

ya that happened to me a few years ago.....but i dident know that i could fix it untill i got all the way down, skiing on one ski sucks

the two toe pieces are hooked together to a rod, which is loaded in the spring. if they get pulled really far out and turned, that happens. i usually just stomp on it with a ski boot

yeah.. i was in the park with my friend and that happend to him and he figured his day was done but then he started to beat the shit out of it and it went back.

yeah sorry the toe piece twists and ejects you safely,

i mean come on would u rather your leg fucked up, or a toe piece a little twisted. this happened to me once, except it looked like it ejected up completely lol

Anyone got a picture of the toe piece out of place, I have px12s I'm interested since I'm sure this'll happen I'd like to avoid the 'oh shit'

it might be a good feature but personally i hate that whole pivot system. ive ejected out of those so many times that i didnt want to and i broke about 4 sets of brakes on them...my heelpice broke completly on my axial 120s too.my deadbolts are the way to go...personally i dont find the pivots a good park binding.if you land switch off anything 30ft+ watch out...

Wow I've had the exact opposite experience with mine. I swear by my Looks. I never had a release issue or brake bending issue in 3 years of skiing them until 1 jump this year, and even then the brake bent back waaay easier and still worked better than any other binding I've ever owned. I've had all those issues with Salomons and Tyrolias, but never Looks/Rossis.

on my power 120's the heel piece is getting very loose and i feel like its going to break off these bindings only have like 60 days top on them, will these break or can i adjust them?

yeah mine do the same... I love my looks though, def only eject out when i take a bad fall. I remember the days of having marker bindings.... those things were shittttttttttty.

look pivots are great bindings. if your seriously throwing down tho, the pivots are a consumer binding, and you will have issues with them. then you need something like a turntable or a 916.

they have never pre released on me untill yesterday, my binding fell off 3 times when i didnt want it to...

hey its sopposded to do that so you dont kill youre acl, my bros rossi's did that today, and they did that and yeah thought they where broken, but then we foundout it pops back to norm, yeah so its soppussed to do that

i hope im really bad at hearing sarcasem, but really my rossi's are the best bindings ive ever had

Mn the same thing happened to me last weekend. I landed a five then my ski blew off, walked over and knotaced that the toe bit was sidways. I was pretty pissed cuz i thought i fucked over my binding but then my friend stomped it back in place and it workes fine, damn rossi scratch binding.
