Longest season ever in Idaho

One of the mountains I ski at, Silve Mountain, will be open at least next weekend, the 29th, which is three weeks later than I've ever skied in Idaho. And another resort, Tamarack, said they are going to be open until May 20th which is the latest a resort in Idaho has ever been open. Yippee. I love the west.

Big Sky and Bridger COULD stay open that long, but they decided to close at the normal dates for some reason.

Is the snow still good at tamarack? I went to Brundage last weekend and it was icy in the morning, then turned really soft and sticky

yeah i will be up there. 8-noon! and it is going to be 76 degrees in the valley so probably like 60 degrees on the mountian!! yippeee! i am so excited. are you going to be up there?

^Yeah, I can't believe I get to go skiing on Saturday. I'm almost done with school and I'm still skiing, it's crazy and I love it.

Look out for Brandon Becker if you're riding TAMARACK...He'll be there a few more weeks before heading to MT. HOOD to Coach a couple of sessions...

yeah man i dont think hes there anymore Tammy got rid of their park except for 3 rails and 2 jumps so im willing to bet he headed down to hood already

they moved the park to the top half so it stays prety good if u jsut ride the second chair but if u go all the way down its shitty

yeah schweitzer still has a lot of snow. but you know what? i was tired of working up there so i am pretty glad that i dont have to anymore. but ski time saturday.
