Longer skis

im lookin at buying new skis next year, im 6' 165 pounds and an aggressive skier. I want a park ski and i can get the Thalls really cheap so thats the ski im going with. Its just i can decide between the 170 and the 176. I had a 168 scratch and loved it. But im just wondering if the 176 would be better. I heard that the longer the ski the harder it is to spin. any opinions would be greatly appreciated

yea go with somethin much longer, i kinda fucked up on length this year and im the same kinda size as u and ski the same, i would def get larger ones cuz i went with 170s and they look real small now

def the 176.i was woried about the same thing u are wit length and i am about yur weight but 1 inch taller.trust me, a 176 wont feel long at all and it might even look short.i ride 178 skogens and am really glad i got those over a shorter ski

i say 180 because i am right about the same height and weight as you, also a fairly aggressive skier, and i ride a pair of 180 4frnt MSPs, which are defiantely a beefier ski than the t halls. i would consider getting the t halls as my park ski if they come in a 180, i skiied a pair of 176 ar5s and they felt really short to me.

I;m 5'6 and ride 175's and can spin just fine. They kinda suck for me though cause I'm too light to flex them haha.
