Longer park ski

alright first off I'm 6'5" and 230lbs. Believe it or not, mainly ski rails and some moderate jumps (20-30ft) That's what you have to put up with in South Dakota along with spotty snow. Had an epic local pass and rode a lot at keystone, breck, and a-basin.

I cheaped out and bought 2011/12 no times in a 182 for $200 bucks last season and they were great but I want something a bit longer. I'm looking for somewhat playful ski in a longer length, between 184-189 that is a park ski, preferably symmetric. Not looking for a super noodle, just a ski to butter around on a bit.

I've been looking at the afterbangs in a 184, k2 domains (although I'm not sure of the sizes), I've heard the joystick these skis might come out in a 185 this season, and that's about as far as I got.

Price wise, something within reason as I don't have $600 to throw at skis.

Any suggestions or opinions will be looked at tediously. Durability is a big factor for traveling around and withstanding shitty and icy landings (if there is a landing).

Afterbangs dont come in 184. At least not this year.

Domains come in a 179 but i think they measure long. How long, i have no idea.

Chronic come in a 185 but they might be too stiff. I heard when you break them in they are softer though.

184 moment vice maybe? Also the kung fujas (shreditor 102 next year) come in a 189 but that might be a bit too fat for where you are.

also sorry if that sounded like I was offending you on your weight dude, but Chronics will probably be fine for you.

no offence taken at all, comes with the territory haha. the new chronics have some rocker to them correct?

ON3P Fillthy riches come in a 186, they will definitely hold up great and with your weight i wouldn't bother with butters being a problem Domains biggest size is a 179 but they measure out to a 182-183.

sorry for triple post, but i said "might." The chronics are stiffer than the other skis he was looking at, and some people prefer noodles. I was just saying that they could be considered on the stiffer side of the skis he was looking at.

Yup. Filthy riches will be expensive but they will last a long time, so it will be worth it. If you're 6'5, the domains will be way to small for you. I'm 5'10 and 170 and rode the 179 recoils, which were stiffer than the domains, and was still able to work them pretty hard. I would go something in the upper 180's or even low 190's if I were you
