god i hate when people are like "youre fuckin retarded searchbar"
heres a bit of my two sense.
kracked skulls-good for the price, made in america, quite delicious.
loaded- a little bit higher end but well worth it.
sector nine- a lil bit overrated in NV but itll get the job done.
it also dpends on what youre lookin for, carving, cruising campus, or bombing so yeah. get out there and do some research.

its pretty ignorant to say dont by sector 9. they make plenty of awesome boards, especially for campus riding. And the price is right. Loadeds are sick but twice as expensive and in the grand scheme of things not that much better. Check out neversummer too, they make a few really fun pintails.

check out bustinboards.com you get to customize your board and they have some prettys sweet decks. i just orderd one and im getting it anyday now
loaded is just out of my price category, so i got a sector nine pintail with awesome graphics thats gotten me around campus every day in the week for the passed year, rain, snow, even a flooding of our campus and im still riding original wheels, bearings and trucks....
now dont go around telling sector nine sucks, its not because you have had troubs with a brand that it sucks...
just to prove, my friend had a loaded, the smaller dervish, dont remember what it was called...and after 2months the board went like reverse camber and the belly was scraping up the pavement.... just to say not because there one rotten apple in the basket that the whole basket is rotten....(he got a completely new board from loaded by the way so good karma for that ! )

on a semi annoyed side note, everyone needs to stop with the fuck s9, lets go blow the guys over at loaded shit. S9 boards are not shit, and loadeds are not THE shit...there are over 15 awesome board companies out there so why limit yourself to the 5 or 6 boards that loaded makes? ive had both a dervish and a vanguard, and i was not happy with either of them...no board is awesome for everyone. from what i have been seeing, loaded boards are turning into the new fulltilt. they are so overhyped that i dont even find it funny anymore

your friend probably had an older vanguard from before loaded started using bamboo...just like skis, maple (which loaded used to use) loses its shape and resilience much faster than bamboo when flexed alot. now that loaded uses bamboo, the flex is much nicer and they last longer than previous models

Can i just comment on the blatent racism "i dont want some asian board" I work at a shoe store and hear this shit all the time. My response, "we have some shoes made by africans would you like to see those?" Sometimes they get heated

If you don't find what you are looking for, ask a question but saying in the thread that you already searchbarred and didn't find it will keep a lot of haters from cussing you out.
Back to your question, A LOT of kids here on NS really like KS, or Kracked Skulls Longboards. Check them out by searchbarring them with the advanced search. Also check out krackedskulls.com for even more info.
I personally really like boards made by Loaded Carving Systems. They are EXPENSIVE but are amazingly fun in my opinion. My friend has purchased two loaded boards and I have loved both of them.
Also check some other companies that you will find here on NS by searchbarring. Such companies like Landyachtz and Sector Nine and Legendary and many others are talked about there. I have heard many good things about Landyachtz specifically out of those.
