Longboards

depends on what size and style you want. if you want like just a straight up cruiser than go for that but you can also get boards that have pop and are more like regular boards

to tell you the truth i really dont know...i'm just getting into it and kinda need help. I probably want just a cruser cause i've tried skateboarding and it didnt work too well for me but longboarding does.

Cracked Skulls all the way! reverse camber, nice trucks and wheels. from salt lake city. whole set up for less than $120

Was just about to post that, good thing i read posts.

you can order them off the cracked skulls website, btw

well 100 bucks is low but check your local paper as well. my deck i got off ebay for about 200 bucks total and its the nicest longboard you can get really. well it think at least.

get randall trucks, good bearings and decent wheels you'll be set. i have 3 sets of wheels though cause some aren't good for certain things like power slides and going really fast.

www.eastbilt.com

click the link on the side for longboards and there's some good blank shapes for cheap. then just add w/e accesories, and you could get in for under $100.
