this reminds of something i saw earlier today...i was walking back from a class and saw someone who must've been real new to a longboard...to make a long story short he looked really sketchy riding it and came so close to crashing because his balance was off so much...i started cracking up

-It was a 38, the poor man's machete

-Held it in my hand thinkin damn man its heavier than expected

-wedged it behind my belt buckle, knowin that its evil, even thought i could smell trouble

-the extra strength felt weak, but over there on the corner, saw what i need and proceeded to cross the street

-put the heat in a mailbox, to lose it

-figured the post office knows whats best to do with it.

Lib Techs are good boards, really smooth and stable, and they have a fiberglass coating so they are very strong. My lib tech got run over by a car and I can still ride it.

i have a sector 9 original pintail thats about 3 years old its holding up really good

look at the dregs L1, that was my first board and its really nice, also look at the gravity carve or hypercarve, or mini carve, you know they will be good when they have the word carve in then

yea i ended up going with a loaded vanguard with the gumball wheels.... the roads out here in connecticut are real bumpy and hilly. I figured payin the extra dough would be worth it, and everyone ive talked to said how well it handeled.... wish they had some shops out here so i could demo some but thats new england for you

Loaded boards are real nice, but pricey. I got a sector 9 bomber, i've used the vanguard quite a bit and its pretty sweet.

Ya it is actually a birthday present from my parents so what the hell.

The only question I have now is the dude from loaded told me to go with a flex 4, I hope its not to much flex, but he insisted

If your streets are rough then I suggest getting some bigger wheels than what may come stock. Nice big soft wheels. Yeah. Not too soft though.

I'm making my own deck.

My friend is in the Industrial Design program here and has access to all the machines and whatnot.

Yeah I got the gumball wheels instead of the other wheels. The roads are def real rough, so i figured the softer wheels would help the impact of the road for sure. I can't wait to get this fucken thing and shred
