Long park skis

im 6'4" and want some long ass skis, but i pretty much only ski park so its impossible to find long enough skis. What are some long park skis, im talking like 185 or bigger. I know 9thward makes tha 187 but i dont know if thats for park or what?

I ski at the crappiest hill ever...

 
i had 186 line pollards last season, they were so nice!!!

the moment you said what length you wanted pollards came into mind. buy those, sickest ski you will ever own.

this years pollards are awesome. i rode them in park and powder all the time. the elizabeth is nothing at all like hte pollard. pollards are really stiff, elizabeths are pretty soft and hella wide with a 110 waist. talk to joshbryant from jibij, he knows all

Tha 187 is NOT for park. Get a long Vicious, ARV, or possibly Jp vs Julien, 185 Karma, 186 Chronic Wide... there are lots of options.

I'm in a similar position. I'm 6'3, 180-185lbs. I'm either getting one pair for everything in Whistler this year (Pistols, Vicious, maybe ARV), or a park pair and powder pair. You're very limited in terms of long park skis - I won't ski under 185cm either. The 05 Pollard in 186 or 06 Chronic Wide in 187 seems to be the best bet. I'm going to email Line today and ask if the Chronic Wide is the same as last year's Pollard and how it will be for park only.

 
ARV, 187 MSP's, 183 STL's, 186 Pollard, or I think a sick idea is the 186 Chronic Wide.

im 5'11 and i ride mostly park on 183 stl's....it's perfect for me.......if that help you any.

yeah, im barely 5'10" and i ride 183s. id try to find something in the 190ish range. possibly a 189 k2 ski. (they run alot longer)

well right now im on the 179 pe's and theyre alright but i just want something really long, more steeze and easier to ride u know. And yeah that liberty ski looks pretty sick but i'd like to see their new lineup first. Also, after the last pair of ar5's i had i swore i wouldnt get another pair of armadas, that ski was terrible. I think my best bet right now is to just get a bc ski and ride it in the park.

if you want a softer/meduim flex park ski, with lots of pop, see if you can demo the Reaper.

Yeah Im 6'4 and I need a park ski. None seem to "Fit" they all come to my jaw if anything. Im looking into the chronic wides and maybe the prophets, but Im not sure.

Here's the word on the Chronic Wide from the man himself:

Dude, its a sick park ski. We actually used the molds from last year's

pollerds to make this ski with some subtle flex modifications to make it

even more versatile all around. It kills it in the park being only 6mm wider

then the chronic and out of the park the extra width is a big help.

how long do they make the invaders i dont know but theyd work if you can find a long one but if not go with the vicious if you dont have a lot of ice where you ride

hey i noticed you ski mt brighton. so do i sometimes. mainly boyne mt. tho. im 6' 185lb. and last year i had the 179 pe's also but i thought they were to small for me. i think im ethier getting 185 arv's or 189 pistols. what evers cheapest.

 
who has arv's? the only kid on arvs that i can remeber was some kid that was really good but wasnt a regular, just showed up sometimes.

185 ARV, 187 MSP, 183 STL, 189 Vicious, 187 Chronic Wide, 186 Pollard Pro.

I know i repeated alot, but it's your best best.

189 Viciousor any other ski about 190 or over. 3skiguy, Line does not work for everyone, the kid is 6 foot 4. just get the longest twins you can find. type of the ski will not matter (as long as they are newer twins) as much as the length you are on.

dude im 6'3". 6'4" isnt very much taller than me so i know for a fact that 186 pollards would work. i rode them all year long in the park.
