Long Bus Trips

Hey, so for my trip to the USA this November I was thinking that maybe I would jump on a bus from San Fransisco and ride it all the way to Seattle. Would that be totally stupid to sit on a bus for 20 hours? It only costs like 50 bucks so I want to do it coz I would save like 600 bucks not buying a plane ticket, who's with me?

It seems worth it to save that much money. Bring a radio and listen to the local stations or read a book.

bring lots of batteries and such.

Its a beautiful drive. you'll save money. hopefully they will have tv's on the bus. I'd go for it.

bro I sat for 12 hours on both bus and train when I went from Tahoe to LA.

No TV's and I didnt have a book..but yea.

It's like you're going for a real long dump.. You get the toilet thoughts...but you're on a bus. same thing really.

Try and get a night trip too..then you can get some shuteye.

bring lots of alcohol . . . well that's what we do on the 25 hour bus ride to colorado for all cal. it's way more fun and cheaper than flying.

dude, get used to long road trips in any form of vehicle over in north america... fuckin' 2 day drive just to get out of ontario (going to manitoba anyways).

It was pretty sweet aye (check out 'Been a good week' thing I made in Sking discussion... might be back a page or two)

Had 2 sunshine days and one shitty one. Someone said at the top of the giant it was like -12 with wind chill. So we just made this kicker right next to one of the pommers in the wintergardens. The landing was pow (ish) and the kicker was tiny so I was just trying to huck 360's..didnt even get enough air to do those.

Terrain park was yea..pretty average. couple of tables and a hip...and a funbox. The tables were pretty small too...heaps of people overshot. The parks in america shit on turoas park.

We finished the trip with a trek out to the glacier. Damn that shit was good.

but yea... it was all good just to get back on the skis.

What gravity?
