Local amateur park comps

I searchbar'd and didnt see anything on the subject but do people know any amateur competitions in utah? i imagine there are quite a few. links would be much appreciated.

I have a friend who is interested in trying her hand at a comp and she asked me to find some local events for her.

now? there is always alot of local comps at brighton. sorry i dont have links but just check their website when the season comes around and you wil be able to see all of their comps that they will have going there is also the chicks on sticks comp up there to.
 
The Canyons has comps every once in a while. Fun vibe, and they actually have a park that's worth riding and doing tricks in.
 
ya brighton has a decent selection of rail jams and "slopestyles" throughout the year that are fun. never been to a canyons comp, but from my experience there I bet they are fun as well.
 
you just have to keep checking the resort websites during the season, but there are quite a few rail jam and slopestyle comps between Jan. and April
 
brighton has a lot of rail jams...pretty bummed I never made it to them the setups always looked really sick
